As summer comes to a close, we are excited to welcome our students and families back to Parkview Elementary for another incredible school year! The beginning of a new year brings fresh opportunities to learn, make new friends, build confidence, and create lasting memories. We can’t wait to fill our classrooms with the energy, curiosity, and smiles that make Parkview such a special place.
At Parkview, we know the early elementary years are the foundation for a child’s future. Our dedicated staff is committed to providing engaging learning experiences that challenge students academically while supporting their social, emotional, and physical growth. We strive to create a school where every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
Helping students develop into responsible leaders continues to be an important focus of our school. We want every child to understand that leadership isn’t about being the loudest voice—it’s about making positive choices, showing kindness, helping others, and taking pride in their learning. These lessons will be woven into our classrooms and daily interactions throughout the year.

Parkview Elementary is located just north of Silver Lake in Virginia. The building houses Kindergarten through Grade Two, School Readiness, Early Childhood Family Education, and AEOA Headstart. Parkview Elementary is an exciting, student-centered school committed to nurturing the whole child in a caring and supportive learning environment. We believe that every student has the potential to lead, and we strive to develop leadership qualities in all learners by fostering responsibility, self-confidence, and a growth mindset.
